A Playground for Dancing Butterflies, Veronica Hovius

Veronica has spent the past 5 years in the Tarooki Art Space perfecting and expanding her art practice using watercolour, acrylic, pencil, pen & ink. She adeptly takes her designs into ceramics adding this third dimension to her creations. Her fondness for all things fairy tale and magical is ever-present in her work. Veronica is inspired as an artist by her dear mother, who was herself an accomplished artist and ceramicist in her time. Veronica is an entrant in the 2025 Connect Collaborate Celebrate Exhibition and Competition held by the Willoughby City Council and has also entered the Aveo Art Prize at her place of residence.
